  1. This brings up Apple's Communications Toolbox window for configuring connection tools.  When the QM Administrator's main window is in front, this menu will allow you to configure the connection tool that the QM Administrator will use to answer incoming calls.

  3. When configuring a bridge or gateway that is Communications Toolbox compatible this menu will remain enabled and will allow you to change and configure the connection tool for the selected gateway mailcenter.

  5. NOTE: When the main QM Administrator window is in front, holding down the option key while selecting this item will allow you to change the modem settings to be used by gateways that are not yet Communications Toolbox compatible.
